Terms of Service

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reside in a jurisdiction where our services are available
• Provide accurate personal information
• Not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction

• Wallet balances are held via banking and stablecoin partners
• Card deposits processed by Stripe
• Internal P2P transfers are instant and free
• External stablecoin transfers via Circle, subject to network fees
• Your balance can never go negative
• Limits based on verification level (Settings > Limits)

• Community rooms moderated by owners/admins
• Cash games: minimum $0.10 stake, 10% platform rake on the pot
• Game outcomes determined server-side with cryptographic randomness
• Virtual gifts are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash

• Account creation: Free
• Card deposits: Standard Stripe processing fees
• Internal P2P transfers: Free
• External stablecoin transfers: 1% + $1 flat (Circle export fee)
• Cash game rake: 10% of pot
• Gifts: Priced as listed in the gift store

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Circumventing identity verification
• Creating multiple accounts
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
• Harassing or threatening other users

NepaliPay is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for losses due to blockchain delays, third-party outages, or compromised credentials. Total liability limited to your wallet balance at time of incident.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your residential jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws. For users in Nepal, Nepali law applies. For users in the United States, the laws of your state of residence apply.
