Child safety
How to report a child-safety concern connected with NepaliPay.
If someone may be in immediate danger
Contact local emergency services or a child-protection authority first. Do not wait for an in-app report or an email response.
Our standard
NepaliPay prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, including material depicting child sexual abuse, grooming, sextortion, and using the service to target a child.
Report a concern
If your version of the app offers a Report action for the account or content, use it and choose the closest reason. You can also email support@nepalipay.com with the subject “Child safety concern”. Include the account name, link, room or message location, and approximate date and time, if known. You can report even if the app has no Report action for that location.
Do not send abuse material
Do not download, save, forward, or upload suspected child sexual abuse material to make a report. Describe the concern and provide identifiers instead. Do not send passwords, PINs, payment-card details, recovery codes, or identity documents by ordinary email.
