Honest about what we do and don't do. Private messages stay private, your money is held by a regulated partner, and every cent is on a receipt you can export.
Direct messages are scrambled on your phone before they go anywhere — only the person you're chatting with can read them. Public room messages are visible to room members and admins, like any group chat.
Use Face ID, Touch ID, or a PIN to guard things like moving money out. Optional, but we recommend it.

Room owners and admins can mute, kick, ban, and pin announcements when things get out of hand. Anyone can report a message, post, or profile to our review queue.
